What happened to us?

I have been a paying Last.fm member for almost a year, but now my subscription is ending and I don't know if I want to re-subscribe. Somehow the Last.fm staff where more personal and friendly, back in the days.

The days where you would get an answer and they showed some personality. Like this

But now they send me e-mails like this:

What happened Last.fm. Did the record labels bring you down??
I remember the days when you showed us some loving and you could listen to your Last.fm radio on your iPod Touch - in Denmark.

Oh well, rest in corporate peace. I hope the industry gives you what you want. But don't come knocking when you find out it's a nother kind of tough love.
